Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine, scraping, soaking, stacking, and racking soiled dishes, glasses, utensils, and other service wares.
• Wash pots, pans, and kitchen tools; support cooks as assigned.
• Store clean and sanitized service wares in designated areas.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize the dishwashing/utility area and equipment (e.g., racks, bus tubs, carts, tables, sinks).
• Maintain kitchen and dish area floors (sweep, mop, and complete scheduled deep cleaning such as stripping as assigned).
• Remove trash, cardboard, and recyclables from the Culinary Department and transport to designated disposal areas.
