We’re looking for a Utility Team Member to support our back‑of‑house operations. This versatile role is essential to keeping the kitchen organized, clean, and efficient—helping the team deliver the food and service that makes Sharks stand out.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and general kitchen upkeep.
• Perform basic food prep and stocking as directed by cooks or managers.
• Maintain cleanliness in high‑traffic areas like the kitchen, storage, and prep stations.
• Handle trash, recycling, and deliveries to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Step in to support wherever needed—this role keeps the team moving.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience a plus, but not required.
