What You’ll Do

Fuel the Kitchen: Wash, peel, cut, and prep fruits, vegetables, and proteins to menu specs.

Stock the Stations: Keep steam tables, shams, and prep areas stocked to par levels so service never stalls.

Keep It Clean & Safe: Maintain a spotless, sanitary kitchen environment — from pots and pans to work surfaces.

Support the Team: Assist with simple prep like sandwich making, meat carving, and coffee brewing.

Stay on Top of Equipment: Operate and regulate ovens, grills, and other kitchen tools; troubleshoot as needed.

Plan Ahead: Coordinate timing for breakfast, banquets, and peak service periods so everything’s ready when needed.

Be the Eyes & Ears: Check food temperatures, taste, and quality to ensure perfection.
