We are currently looking for Kitchen Team Members to join our amazing team. Our kitchen team members are the heart of our service. We serve AMAZING food, fast & friendly, and have fun doing it! The kitchen team has the primary responsibility of providing a positive customer experience, including ensuring all food orders are prepared to standards and working in various areas of the store.

Job Duties

• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Practice food safety and sanitation standards required of foodservice establishments.
• Follow established food safety time and temperature controls and cost control systems, including employee food policy and waste guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
• Complete cleaning and stocking duties in accordance with the appropriate daily operating procedure.
• Maintain product knowledge, knowing the ingredients, presentation, price of all menu items and specials.
• Be responsible for the proper use of equipment, gloves, utensils, and portion size of each item, temperature of hot food, and the attractive presentation of all food.
• Assist other team members when required.
• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently (Cashiers).
• Perform other related duties assigned by the management staff.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience (1-2 Years).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certificate (or ability to acquire within 30 days of onboarding).
• Ability to follow all health and safety laws, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to deliver food orders within specified time goals.
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Adequate command of the English language including understanding, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.
