We are currently looking for Kitchen Team Members to join our amazing team. Our kitchen team members are the heart of our service. We serve AMAZING food, fast & friendly, and have fun doing it! The kitchen team has the primary responsibility of providing a positive customer experience, including ensuring all food orders are prepared to standards and working in various areas of the store.

Job Duties

1. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
2. Practice food safety and sanitation standards required of foodservice establishments.
3. Follow established food safety time and temperature controls and cost control systems, including employee food policy and waste guidelines.
4. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
5. Complete cleaning and stocking duties in accordance with the appropriate daily operating procedure.
6. Maintain product knowledge, know the ingredients, presentation, price of all menu items and specials.
7. Be responsible for the proper use of equipment, gloves, utensils, and portion size of each item, temperature of hot food, and the attractive presentation of all food.
8. Assist other team members when required.
9. Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
10. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
11. Have knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
12. Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently (Cashiers).
13. Perform other related duties assigned by the management staff.

Requirements

1. Previous restaurant experience (1-2 Years).
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. ServSafe Food Safety Certificate (Or Ability to Acquire within 30 Days of Onboarding).
4. Ability to follow all health and safety laws, policies, and procedures.
5. Ability to deliver food orders within specified time goals.
6. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
7. Able to lift 50 pounds.
8. Ability to work well under pressure.
9. Adequate command of the English language including understanding, speaking, reading, and writing.
10. Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.
