Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. in Marianna, Arkansas is seeking kitchen staff to prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings and assist with serving lines. You may participate in occasional catering functions and perform all positions within the kitchen to support daily meal service.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining food safety, operating kitchen equipment, and keeping work areas clean. You will also assist with inventory, FIFO, and basic bake goods as required by the menu plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification when required.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory and follow FIFO; keep cooler/storage areas clean.
• Prepare baked goods as required by the menu and present to customers attractively.
• Support dishwashing and food service operations; assist in daily production records.
