Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation tasks, following established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
• Operate kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, mixers) safely and efficiently.

• Monitor food supplies and replenish stock as needed to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak dining hours.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to prioritize tasks, coordinate workflow, and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and maintaining inventory levels.

As a kitchen team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation and timely preparation of orders for guests. Our kitchen staff prepare appetizers, salads, pasta, sandwiches, and pizzas in our restaurant while maintaining clean, sanitary and well-stocked stations. Evening and weekend availability is required for this role.
