Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Kitchen Team Member in Moore Haven, FL. You’ll deliver warm, friendly service, keep the deli area clean and stocked, and learn on the job with full training.

No prior experience required; we provide training and opportunities for growth. You’ll prep deli items, follow safety standards, and support cross-training in adjacent roles as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
• Willingness to work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service for menu inquiries and deli assistance.
• Prepare deli items according to guidelines (salads, sandwiches, wraps, parfait cups, etc).
• Follow food safety policies and procedures.
• Cross-train in other roles such as Store Cashier or Maintenance as needed.
• Move and handle products; work in different temperatures.

As a Kitchen Team Member, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
