Love's Travel Stops is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to greet customers, keep the deli area stocked, and deliver friendly service. You will learn preparation guides for salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, and parfait cups while maintaining clean, safe workspaces. No experience is required—on-the-job training is provided.

You must be able to lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures. The role offers tuition assistance, PTO, flexible scheduling, a 401(k) match, and health insurance after 30

Responsabilidades

• Provide general customer service and assist cashier team members with deli area maintenance.
• Prepare deli products per guidelines (salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, parfait cups).
• Follow food safety policies and procedures to maintain proper conditions.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Maintenance, and Leadership.
• Adhere to safe work practices while handling products and equipment.

As a Kitchen Team Member, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
