Job summary

Join Bavarian Inn, Inc. as a Seasonal Kitchen Team Member (Hot Line + Cold Prep). You will help plate and prepare meals, maintain quality and temperatures, and support a high-volume kitchen serving thousands daily.

Shifts typically run 11am-7pm, 12pm-9pm, or 3pm-Close, with Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays required. Earn $15/hr with benefits including meals, discounts, and tuition reimbursement. Growth into line cook roles is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Hot Line (Steam Table): maintain temperatures, quality, and portioning; coordinate with servers and cooks for item availability.
• Cold Prep, Salads & Desserts: prepare batches, plate cold items, maintain temperature and quality for guests.
