Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities are available, with 4 days / 20-30 hours per week, daytime and evening shifts, and Fridays and Saturdays required. Sundays off and scholarships support personal growth and development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Strong multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, adaptable, team-oriented and communicative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food items by Chick-fil-A’s established standards.
• Become proficient in all kitchen stations: fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food preparation.
• Execute catering and cold menu item preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Stay informed of new product offerings and procedural updates from Chick-fil-A corporate.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties with consistency and attention to detail.
• Participate actively in in-house training opportunities and ongoing skill development.
