Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring Back of House Team Members to prepare and present meals to high standards in a fast-paced kitchen. You will support multiple stations, stock inventory, and keep a clean, safe work area while learning from experienced Operators.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old upon hire.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Reliable transportation.
• Loves serving and helping others.
• Able to work in hot, noisy, fast-paced environment.
• Able to multi-task and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned and adhere to dress code.
