Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a friendly, fast-paced environment. You will work for an independent Owner/Operator, upholding Chick-fil-A standards and contributing to teamwork and leadership development.

Interviews are held once per month; roles include full-time and part-time with pay starting at $14-$18 per hour, and higher leadership pay. Applicants should be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and commit to at least 30 hours weekly

Qualifications

Customer service oriented and cheerful attitude.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Willing to commit to mornings or nights and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.
Follow all food safety protocols and procedures.
Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep area clean and organized.
Complete opening or closing tasks and adhere to rules and dress code.
