Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring for a Back of House Team Member to support daily kitchen operations, preparing, cooking, and presenting food to meet Chick-fil-A standards in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You will learn all kitchen stations, stock inventory, and stay current with new products while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, with opportunities for learning and growth in leadership and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently per Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products and procedures.
• Operate safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete in-house training and stay current on changes.
• Perform opening or closing tasks as assigned and adhere to dress code.
