Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member to support fast, friendly service in a busy kitchen environment. You will prepare, cook, and assemble food to Chick-fil-A standards while working with a team to maintain efficiency and quality.

This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a focus on learning from experienced Operators and leaders, plus development paths and a scholarship program for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations and rotate as needed.
• Stock kitchen inventory and keep the area clean and organized.
• Learn from leaders and adapt to new Chick-fil-A products.
• Complete opening or closing tasks and follow safety and dress code.
