Responsibilities

• Prepare food with care, accuracy, and attention to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Work as part of a team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
• Keep kitchen work areas clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Communicate effectively with fellow team members and leadership.
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency and hustle while staying focused on quality.
• Build valuable skills in teamwork, time management, food preparation, and leadership that can benefit you beyond your time at Chick-fil-A.
