Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support kitchen operations and deliver a great guest experience. You will work directly with an independent Operator, learn from experienced leaders, and contribute to a positive, people-focused environment.

This role includes opportunities for growth, scholarship options, and a competitive pay structure. Open positions include both full-time and part-time schedules, with Sundays closed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
