Job summary

Chick-fil-A Dayton is seeking Back of House Team Members to support a friendly, fast-paced dining environment. Work directly for an independent Owner/Operator and contribute to an exceptional guest experience with signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and consistent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep kitchen neat, clean, and orderly.
• Operate safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
