Job summary

Parker’s Kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Associate to support the kitchen operations team by delivering exceptional customer service while handling food and beverage preparation and general kitchen housekeeping duties.

You will interact with customers and coworkers to ensure timely food preparation and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment, all while upholding company values and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while assisting kitchen operations.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages according to recipe or customer specifications.
• Stock food and beverage areas to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Complete cleanliness tasks to keep all service areas clean and free of debris or spills.
• Adhere to Safety and Health policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Communicate any inventory or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment by sharing expertise and assisting in the development of others.
