Job summary

Parker’s Kitchen is looking for a Kitchen Associate to support kitchen operations and deliver excellent customer service while handling food preparation and general kitchen housekeeping tasks.

You will work with a team to ensure timely food preparation, follow safety procedures, and assist in stock management and receiving. Must be 16+ with reliable transportation and the ability to stand long hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at hire date.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in wet, noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in the kitchen environment.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation and kitchen housekeeping duties.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Assist with receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Support a collaborative learning environment by sharing expertise.
