Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist the manager with food preparation and to maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety. The role includes maintaining cash receipts and meal records, and contributing to daily reporting.

The position requires the ability to read and follow instructions, work efficiently under pressure, and adhere to uniform and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure.
• Food service experience or familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to the menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Store food safely and hygienically.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and policies.
• Use and care for kitchen equipment, including knives.
• Assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and cooking/serving equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and uniform policy.
