Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Maintain daily reports and verify transactions.
• Ensure safe storage and sanitation of food.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and department policies.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, including knives.
• Prepare a variety of foods and beverages promptly.
• Add garnishments to enhance customer appeal.
• Clean and sanitize refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
• Follow cleanliness procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and storage.
• Adhere to uniform policy and PPE requirements.
• Communicate daily with the Manager to prepare the menu.
