Parker’s Kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Associate to support the kitchen operations team with excellent customer service and food preparation. You will assist in handling food, beverage prep, and general kitchen housekeeping while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and employees in a respectful, courteous manner, fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Promptly communicate any inventory or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Assist with receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment by sharing expertise and assisting in the development of others.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are maintained at all times.
• Prepare all made-to-order food and/or beverages according to recipe or customer specifications.
• Stock food and beverage areas to maintain in-stock conditions at all times.
• Complete cleanliness tasks to ensure all service areas are clean and safe.
