Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to interact with customers and maintain a clean, stocked deli area. No experience is required as training will be provided to teach you the role and safety standards.

You will assist with deli preparation, answer menu questions, and support cashier teams while working in a friendly, team-oriented environment. This role offers growth and flexible scheduling in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain a clean deli area.
• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties: answer questions about menu, assist deli, coffee, and fountain bars.
• Prepare deli products per guides: salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, parfait cups.
• Follow company policies to maintain food safety and sanitation.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Maintain clean, stocked deli and work in a fast-paced environment.
