Love's Travel Stops is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to engage customers with friendly service and maintain a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem—we train you to perform duties from food prep to service.

You will prepare salads, sandwiches, fruit cups, and parfaits, while ensuring food safety and quality across shifts. Flexibility with scheduling and a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and assisting deli, coffee, and fountain bars.
• Accurately prepare deli products per preparation guides (salads, fruit, sandwiches, wraps, parfaits).
• Follow food safety policies and procedures using company systems and training.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, or Leadership Roles.
