Responsibilities

• Verify all products are correctly labeled with pricing and expiration dates.
• Operate and maintain all food preparation machinery and equipment.
• Receive, unload, and organize food deliveries.
• Adhere to proper food safety protocols.
• Keep the workstation clean and sanitized.
• Stay positive and maintain a cheerful attitude throughout every shift.
• Report any food quality issues to the Commissary Manager.
• Follow recipes and instructions, with support from the Commissary Manager.
• Lift and transport moderately heavy food items and kitchen equipment when necessary.
