Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep)
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times
• Stay updated on new Chick-fil-A products and procedures
• Operate safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Follow Chick-fil-A policies and dress code
• Perform other duties as assigned

As a BOH Team Member, you will support the kitchen team, assemble food orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day duties may include anything from food prep and hand-breading chicken to inventory maintenance or cleaning tasks. Whatever the duties of the day are, we place a high level of focus on food safety and food quality as it guides almost everything that we do in the back of house. Additionally, we are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know!

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
