Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock workstations with fresh ingredients and supplies.
• Assemble sandwiches, pizzas, and salads with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
• Operate deli equipment including ovens and prep tools (no open-flame cooking).
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to keep a clean kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Support daily prep routines to maintain product freshness and quality.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift.
