Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates should demonstrate reliability and a positive attitude.
• Service-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and stand for long durations.
• Capability to lift and carry light to moderate loads as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations: fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed; keep kitchen neat and organized.
• Stay current with new products and training; report maintenance issues.
• Open or close tasks; adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and participate in training.
