McAlister’s Deli is hiring a Back of the House Team Member to join our Southern Rock Restaurants location. You will prepare ingredients and menu items, read orders, and ensure clean, organized workstations while following safety standards.

Ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced kitchen. Training is provided; prior restaurant experience helps but is not required.
