You will work as part of a collaborative team, communicate effectively during busy periods, and contribute to delivering delicious meals consistently for guests.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced kitchen experience is a plus.
• Able to follow recipes and safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn and perform varied kitchen tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook quality menu items following company recipes and procedures.
• Assemble sandwiches and menu items with correct ingredients and portions.
• Prepare ingredients, wash and slice produce, and manage stock to meet demand.
• Maintain food quality, monitor holding times, and discard unsafe items.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked; follow safety practices.
• Support teamwork and professionalism through clear communication and cooperation.
