Job summary

Tiff's Treats in Central Austin is hiring a Part-Time Kitchen Team Member for morning shifts (9:00 AM–4:00 PM). The role offers $15/hr, paid training, and opportunities to grow within the team. Work includes baking, packing orders, and keeping the kitchen clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Standing for long periods in varied temperatures in a busy kitchen.
• Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions in a loud environment.
• Available to work during peak days (e.g., holidays) as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a positive attitude and bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to our recipes and standards.
• Package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach etc. items up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with constant standing and/or walking, often in and out of extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.
• Must be willing to follow written & verbal instructions in a loud & busy kitchen environment
• Must be available to work during our busiest days of the year, such as but not limited to Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day ("All Hands on Deck" Days)
