Job summary

Chick-fil-A Billings is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to prepare, cook, and assemble meals with speed and care in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will work closely with an independent Owner/Operator and a friendly team to deliver Chick-fil-A’s signature service and hospitality.

Open positions include both full-time and part-time roles; training is provided, and you’ll gain leadership development and opportunities for advancement in a new store focused on community impact.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all stations (Fries, Sandwich Assembly, Nugget Assembly, Breading, and Dishes).
• Stock inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
