Chick-fil-A Park Boulevard & Plano Parkway in Plano, TX is hiring Back of House Team Members to help prepare food to Chick-fil-A standards. Urgent openings with hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a supportive, people-focused workplace.

Position types include full-time and part-time BOH roles. Competitive pay starts at $14/hr with scheduling flexibility, Sundays off, free meals during shifts, and scholarship opportunities for eligible team members.

Formación

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler Certification.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and quality-control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
• Learn current menu items and new products.
• Communicate clearly and work closely with other Team Members.
• Complete assigned tasks while contributing to a positive team environment.
