Job summary

Taziki's Cafe - TOC, LLC in Chattanooga, TN is hiring for kitchen team members across Prep, Salad, Grill, Roll-Up, and Expo stations. You will prepare fresh food daily, set up stations, know the menu, and manage orders with accuracy.

Experience is welcome but not required—we train you. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain hygiene and proper food handling, and support catering orders while upholding the brand's standards and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience is welcome but not required; training is provided.
• Obtain a food handler's card shortly after starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh food items daily and accurately.
• Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
• Menu and product knowledge.
• Managing orders efficiently.
• Preparing catering orders.
• Proper food handling and storage of food products.
• Maintaining hygiene, uniform, and appearance.
• Maintaining health department standards throughout each shift.
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas.
• Performing shift side work, including opening and closing duties.
• Completing all course certifications for kitchen team members in our training platform.
