Job summary

Dash In, part of the Wills Group family, is hiring Back of House team members for our 24/7 retail kitchen. The starting wage is $16.50 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour premium for overnight shifts. You’ll follow safety codes, support prep, and help deliver a memorable guest experience.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of food service experience, and flexibility to work varied shifts. We welcome applicants authorized to work in the United States and 18+.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or ability to complete our company-paid GED program.
• 1 year of food service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality codes to prepare culinary items.
• Monitor prep levels to ensure freshness and readiness for service.
• Restock, organize, and keep prep stations tidy for efficient service.
• Receive deliveries and place items in their proper storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen appearance and cleanliness to support a safe, inviting environment.
• Engage with guests to provide a personalized, positive experience.
• Operate kitchen equipment like fryers and slicers with proper technique.
• Use proper lifting techniques when handling heavy containers (50–65 lbs).
