Job summary

Chick-fil-A Huntington is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join a busy, guest‑focused restaurant. You will work directly with an Owner/Operator to deliver signature Chick-fil-A service and safe, high‑quality food.

Full-time and part-time roles are available. You’ll gain life experience, flexibility in scheduling, and opportunities for growth while contributing to a positive team environment and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour. (Starting pay based on position, experience, and availability).
