Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for its Parker, CO location. You will join a dynamic team preparing from-scratch breads, pastries, soups, salads and sandwiches using honest, whole ingredients.

A successful Back of House Kitchen Team Member must be capable, reliable, and flexible, with a positive attitude and focus on quality and service as part of a community-focused brand.

Qualifications

• A 'can do' attitude- the ability to work quickly & confidently to prepare meal items accurately per specification.
• Understand how to multitask- learn from mistakes & help other departments even before being asked.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards.
