Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our Back of House. You will work with a dynamic team crafting from-scratch breads, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches using honest ingredients.

A successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, multitask effectively, comply with food-safety standards, and embrace flexible scheduling. Must be 18+ and able to work part-time, hourly.

Qualifications

• A 'can do' attitude- the ability to work quickly & confidently to prepare meal items accurately per specification
• Understand how to multitask- learn from mistakes & look for opportunities to step in & help other departments even before being asked
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Flexible schedule standards -- Back of House Kitchen Team Member shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic & time of year
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

Responsibilities

• In the role of Kitchen Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team who offer a unique menu selection from scratch baked bread & pastries to incredible soups, salads, & sandwiches all made with honest, whole ingredients.
• Support back-of-house operations, prep items to specification, and help ensure smooth kitchen workflow during peak times.
