Chick-fil-A North Star Crossing is seeking Back of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. You will support kitchen operations, prepare and present food to Chick-fil-A standards, and help create a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products and changes.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain knowledge by completing in-house training and staying current.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
