We are looking for Kitchen Team Members for our new location in Gramercy opening next week! Our mission is to serve high-quality, soulfully satisfying toasted sandwiches that are easy to order and quickly prepared, with genuine warmth of hospitality to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients such as bread, meats, vegetables, and sauces with passion and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation, adhering to health & safety codes.
• Follow standard operating procedures for recipes and techniques.
• Keep the kitchen and dish stations clean, assist with deep cleaning.
• Support Service Team Members during service as needed.
• Operate kitchen tools and equipment safely, including knives, slicers, ovens, etc.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Maintain guest and kitchen areas, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
• Hold a NYC Food Handler's Permit.
• Opportunities for promotion for candidates demonstrating leadership.
