Ready to Join Our Sizzling Kitchen Team at Dash In?

We're looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our Dash In team, starting at a wage of $16.50 per hour. An additional $1 per hour premium is available for overnight shifts!

Dash In, part of the Wills Group family, is launching a new chef-inspired food concept to revolutionize 24/7 retail dining.

We're assembling a Back of House (BOH) team to prepare delicious dishes and provide exceptional food service.

Your Role as a Kitchen Associate

You will be responsible for preparing meals and ensuring guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Food Safety & Quality: Adhering to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Freshness & Prep: Monitoring prep levels and maintaining freshness.
• Organization: Keeping the prep station clean and organized.
• Receiving & Storage: Properly storing incoming supplies.
• Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Guest Interaction: Engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
• Equipment Operation: Using kitchen equipment proficiently.
• Lifting: Handling heavy containers safely, up to 65 pounds.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our paid GED program)
• 1 year of food service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old
• Background check and drug screening clearance

Preferred Skills:

• Active ServSafe certification or similar
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
