Job description

Kimberton Whole Foods in Collegeville is seeking a part-time Kitchen Utility Team Member.

Availability: Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week

Schedule: Availability to work within an 8am-8:30pm time frame. Various shifts throughout the week.

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older

Hourly Pay: $15.00-16.00 depending on experience

Benefits: Part-time team members are eligible for a 15% store discount after 60 days and a 401K with 3% matching after one year and 1000 hours worked.

Note: Kimberton Whole Foods does not hire seasonally.

Daily Operations

• Wash dishes, pots, and pans.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware.
• Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare for cooking or serving.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks and provide needed items.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Remove trash and recycling and clean kitchen waste containers.

Physical Capabilities

• Full sense range (vision, hearing, and smell) for quality control and communication.
• Lifting, gripping, and carrying objects up to 50-75 pounds frequently.
• Stooping, squatting, and kneeling to pick up boxes.
• Walking short distances.
• Prolonged standing.
• Ability to work in cold environments (cooler, freezer, back stock area).
