As a Deli Host, your role involves more than daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

1. Provide general customer service, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
3. Accurately prepare deli products following designated preparation guides, such as salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, parfait cups, etc.
4. Use various methods and technologies to ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
5. Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles as needed.

Physical requirements include the ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
