Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented, customer-driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? DAK's Market is seeking skilled team members, preferably with experience in Church’s Chicken or similar, to join our team. We focus on providing excellent customer service in clean, modern convenience stores, gas stations, and truck stops across the U.S.

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will be central to our service, preparing food to standard, working across various store areas, and ensuring a positive customer experience. We offer lifelong skills and growth opportunities, with a fun, fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

• Follow safety procedures when handling food
• Perform routine kitchen tasks
• Follow prep lists and organize ingredients
• Set up workstations and prepare food according to recipes
• Undertake cooking duties such as frying, grilling, and boiling
• Prepare simple dishes like salads and entrees
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• Properly store food and ingredients
• Take customer orders and process payments
• Maintain professionalism with coworkers and customers
• Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
