Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Leander, TX is seeking Team Members for full- or part-time roles. You will support back-of-house operations and help deliver a signature Chick-fil-A dining experience with pride and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Execute back of house operations with excellence.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Complete checklists and tasks with excellence.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment, and report maintenance issues to leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training, and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Know and follow organizational standards.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned
