Chick-fil-A Fitchburg is opening a brand-new location and seeking team members to help build a great kitchen culture from the ground up. You will join a team that values attitude, hard work, service, and growth, with opportunities to lead and develop.

No restaurant experience is required, and we welcome motivated learners who bring positivity. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, and safe assembly across kitchen stations, inventory mgmt, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

What You’ll Do

As a member of our kitchen, you’ll help create the great food our guests love and crave. You'll do this by:

• Preparing, cooking, and assembling food safely and efficiently
• Becoming knowledgeable about all kitchen workstations, including fries, breading, assembly, boards, and prep
• Stocking and maintaining kitchen inventory
• Keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and organized
• Following all food safety and equipment procedures

No restaurant experience required. We’ll teach you the skills—you bring the positivity, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Must be 18+ years old. Full-time availability preferred, but part-time is also available.
