Chick-fil-A Fitchburg is opening a brand-new location and is hiring daytime Front of House Team Members to help build an exceptional team and culture from the ground up. You’ll contribute to a warm guest experience and learn a proven service mindset in a fast-paced setting.

As a daytime team member, you’ll greet guests, take orders, and assist with food and beverage preparation while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• No restaurant experience required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work daytime shifts with a positive, ready-to-help attitude.

We’re opening a BRAND-NEW Chick-fil-A in Fitchburg, and we’re looking for people during the daytime who want to help build an incredible team and culture from the ground up.

Our mission is simple: Be a light to the greater Madison community. We’re looking for people with daytime availability, anytime between 6am and 5pm, who bring a great attitude, work hard, serve others, and want to grow. What You’ll Do

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll help create the experience that keeps guests coming backby:

• Welcoming and serving guests with a genuine warmth and hospitality
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing and delivering food, drinks, and desserts
• Keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming

No restaurant experience required. We’ll teach you the skills—you bring the positivity, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
