Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in Draper, UT is hiring a Kitchen Team Member who shares a passion for quality food, customer service, and community. In this role you’ll join a dynamic team creating from-scratch breads, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches using honest, whole ingredients.

Shifts are afternoon and evening with a full-time schedule. You’ll thrive with a can-do attitude, multitask well, and help other departments when needed while ensuring safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Flexible schedule standards -- Back of House Kitchen Team Member shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic & time of year
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
