Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in Utah is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to join our Back of House. You will work with a dynamic team to prepare from-scratch breads, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches using honest ingredients while upholding our quality standards.

This role emphasizes a can-do attitude, multitasking, and strict adherence to safety and sanitation rules. Shifts vary by season and customer flow; you must be 18+ and capable of standing for long periods.

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently looking for a Kitchen Team Member who is as passionate about food quality, customer service, & community as we are! In the role of Kitchen Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team who offer a unique menu selection from scratch baked bread & pastries to incredible soups, salads, & sandwiches all made with honest, whole ingredients.

A successful Back of House Kitchen Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe must possess:

• A "can do" attitude- the ability to work quickly & confidently to prepare meal items accurately per specification
• Understand how to multitask- learn from mistakes & look for opportunities to step in & help other departments even before being asked

A successful Back of House Kitchen Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with:

• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Flexible schedule standards -- Back of House Kitchen Team Member shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic & time of year
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required
